Gannon Tidwell , President and CEO of The TIC Group, is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company. Mr. Tidwell has over a decade of tenancy in common (TIC) experience having completed his first TIC investment in 1997. From that early start, he parlayed his experience into several profitable TIC investments. Mr. Tidwell’s belief in the TIC concept fueled his interest in developing a full service real estate company specializing in TIC.
Gannon is a resident expert on the latest rulings related to TIC and condo conversion. By working with San Francisco’s premier law firms, he ensures The TIC Group's clientele are educated and up to date on current rulings and regulations. Gannon also works closely with local community banks to assist them in developing TIC specific financing.
Gannon is a California licensed real estate broker and has 15 years of experience in real estate financing, sales and investments. In 1996, he co-founded a mortgage company that grew to become one of the top 20 mortgage companies in the bay area. Gannon also launched a real estate investment company in 1998 with a focus on the multi-family and TIC markets.
Mr. Tidwell is a member of the San Francisco Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Mortgage Bankers Association, California Association of Mortgage Brokers, San Francisco Apartment Association, The TIC Coalition and Plan C.

Radhi Ahern is exclusively focused on working with buyers and sellers interested in tenancy in common real estate transactions. With over 12 years of marketing and management experience, Radhi has developed comprehensive real estate marketing programs to ensure property owners receive the maximum return on their investments. She specializes in complex transactions involving 4+ unit sales, including overseeing property improvements, obtaining a public report, and working hand in hand with real estate attorneys to ensure clients are advised properly on investment decisions.
Radhi also works with The TIC Group's clients to identify properties that meet their real estate goals and to play matchmaker to those in need of partners. Radhi is focused on intimately understanding the living environment each of The TIC Group's clients are looking for in order to connect them with TIC partners and fulfill their goals of becoming a homeowner.
Previously, Radhi was the president of her own consulting firm providing marketing communications services to technology leaders such as Apple Computer, Cisco System, NBCi and Netscape. Her personal interests in the San Francisco real estate market and residential remodeling led her to pursue a career in real estate.

She also sits on the Board of the San Francisco TIC Coalition and is a member of the Small Property Owners Association of San Francisco and Plan C.

Ross Meyeraan is a seasoned real estate agent specializing in multiple unit investment properties, as well as residential. As the founder of the Meyeraan team, Ross’s reputation in the market and with his clients have lead to an impressive track record.
Originally from the mid-west, Ross graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship. Immediately following graduation Ross relocated to San Francisco where he gained experience with a lending institution for several years. With this knowledge of lending, Ross joined Coldwell Banker where achieved the title of "President's Circle" which is limited to the top 9% of Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide. Miesha Morgret works with property owners and third parties to manage the transition of apartment buildings to individual TIC units. With over 9 years of real estate experience, Miesha has developed skills to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. She coordinates escrow transactions from financing and acquisitions, to TIC unit re-sales. Miesha assists partners in developing an overall plan of property improvement from the creation of a construction budget to the oversight of fund disbursements. She also manages properties, operating accounts, assists with tenant relations and settlements, and entity formations. Miesha directs the legal, financial, and construction vendors from the initial submittal to the final acquisition of the public report. Additionally, Miesha assists with the processing of residential loans. Miesha also works to assist listing agents with the re-sale of TIC units and properties.
Previously, Miesha was the Vice President of a private commercial development firm and was responsible for acquiring, managing and re-leasing over one million square feet of neighborhood shopping centers within the states of California, Hawaii and Texas. Always diverse, Miesha also worked to assemble loan submittals for commercial conduit financing, assembled a Lowe’s Home Improvement development and conducted the re-sale of several shopping centers. Miesha’s personal interests in both commercial and residential real estate markets led her to pursue a career in real estate.
Miesha is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California. She also sits on the Board as Treasurer of the HOA of her residence.
