Condo Lottery Tickets Go On Sale 11.22.05- 1.20.05

TICKET SALES:

Ticket sales for the 2005 Condominium Conversion Lottery will commence on Monday November 22, 2004 at 8:15 AM at 875 Stevenson Street, Room 460. DPW/BSM ticket hours are from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday. The ticket cost is $ 150 per building. Only owners or authorized agents bearing a letter of authorization from the owners will be allowed to purchase tickets. Ticket sales will terminate at 4:45 PM on Thursday, January 20, 2005.

QUALIFYING DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR TICKET PURCHASE:

First time participants must furnish DPW/BSM a copy of the qualifying owner(s) Grant Deed. Unsuccessful past participants must furnish proof of past participation; such as copies of old tickets for the years between 1990-1994 and copies of approved confirming letters for the Standby List for 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 or 2004 and any other information required by Subdivision Code Section 1396.1. Multiple tickets for any building will be sold based on the current 2005 lottery and proof provided for each year of past unsuccessful participation to a maximum of five (5) tickets; that is one (1) ticket for the 2005 lottery, one (1) ticket for unsuccessful participation for any or all of the lotteries during the 1990-1994 period, and one (1) ticket for each year of unsuccessful participation in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004.
